EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON

Things is life are never quite what they seem. We think we understand the world around us but, you really only see the outside, what it seems to be. I used to be just like you. I believed in humanity, the newspapers, soap commercials, politics and history books. But one day, the world kicks you in the teeth, and you don't have any choice but to see things the way they really are...

last night was great~

my dark secret.... its just that I need you more than ever

I want to begin this post with a phrase
"last night was great"
Think what you want, but you'd never guess which was the greater part.
I want to share what a REAL date is to me. Something far more romantic than candlelight dinner. More exciting than going on a roller coaster. And more satisfying than X3S... well... not that I know how it feels like =
aaaaaanyway.........

It was a warm and sunny thursday afternoon. When us FCMers pwned the MLC paper and it was out last paper of the year! and thus, screams of 'merdeka' filled the halls. I just recalled asking one conversation
"so what else do you have after this?"
"nothing.... really nothing"
"okay lets go now then."
"now? sure!"
thus, we made our way to mV (04:20pm) well because actually a few days ago I reserved two tickets for the DaVinci code. Not much was planned for the evening except for the fact that it was a date. And we both know that when we date, it is always ANYTHING but ordinary/normal/boring/tiring/etc.
Walked around and idled quite a lot. Chat a lot because we havent gone out for a date in centuries! (all thanks to our pileload of assignments)... things was going great. Then came our romantic dinner =)

Actually it started like this, wanted to dine in at some fancy place. Then we walked by Dominos Pizza and this dude carried a sign board that said "Personal Pizza RM5 today only. For take away."
So we decided to take a 2stage meal like perhaps light pizza now & dinner later. But in the end, we just decided "Hey why not just customise our own dinner!"

Dominos Aloha Chicken Personal Pizza = RM5.25

Was on the hunt for pineapple fruits actually. Went to Carrefour without much luck. Then headed down to Jusco where we did find the pineapples but not only that, mC dear introduced me to this large, long, and juicy sausage. After much contemplating on what to have as our side dish, we decided to go for it~

2 Jusco large, long, juicy mushroom cheese sausages - RM7.80

The hunt was on for the pineapples! Actually mC baby was craving for pineapples. Thus, the hunt began. We actually went to Carrefour but there was none left. I almost asked the Carrefour staff to cut one fresh pineapple just for us! But in the end, we went to Jusco and found one last packet of sweet juicy pineapples. We didnt hesitate at all.
Jusco sweet and juicy one and only last packet of pineapples = RM1.80

And so with our pizza, and sausages and pineapples. We sat at a bench where it was less crowded around and just makan like our own restaurant =P Honestly, this is my kind of romantic dinner and its definitely much better than going to a restaurant where you have to order from their menu. Tonight, we made our own menu!
Glinter Soft Drinks Apple & Peach Flavour = RM4.00
(if you look at the images on the drinks, you can almost hear the 'clink' sound of us doing a toast.)

RM5.25 + RM7.80 + RM1.80 + RM4.00 = RM18.85
now thats what i call a meal~!

When the clock striked 12 we watched the DaVinci code at GSC and it was not disappointing at all. But I still feel that reading the book is still more syiok than the movie. And btw, the scene where Jacques Sunnier did the ritual and Sophie came home and saw him, actually he was having X3S with a huge fat lady. In the movie it looked more like a slender playboy playmate.

Later we went to a random 7-11 to look for things to buy at around 3:30am.
*urm...... that didnt sound right at all*
Yea we actually found a spot........ to sit down on a bench and spend time with one another right in front of the 7-11. It was well lit and safe for us. Shared thoughts with one another and it was really soothing to relax on the bench. Just relaxing okaaaay......

Then drove back to campus and went to our favourite spot under this sakura tree. Both of us were sleepy plus it was gonna be 6am soon. So I sent mC baby to her hostel. Took off my 2nd layer shirt wrapped it around her to keep her warm. I went back to my bunk and slept there and before you know it, here I am blogging.

Time spent with my darling : approx 13hours 40minutes
and thats what I call a date! yeah~!
